Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 14, 2026
Last updated: October 14, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Cameron Jones, doing business as Precision Score Analytics ("PSA," "we," "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, web app, and reports (the "Service"). It goes with our Terms of Service.

The short version:

  • We collect only what we need to approve accounts, run your analysis, and take payment.
  • Score sheets you upload are private to your team. We don't show them to other users.
  • We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
  • You can ask us to delete your account and the data you uploaded at any time. Public competition results stay, because they are not your account data.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Application and account details: your name, email address, role (for example head coach or gym owner), gym name, gym website, and gym phone number.
  • Team information: the teams you add, their divisions and levels, and schedules you enter.
  • Score sheets and results you upload for your team. Our Service is designed so that score sheets don't name individual athletes, coaches, or judges.
  • Messages and sign-ups: what you send through our contact form, and your name and email if you join a waitlist or request a free report.

Payment information. Your purchase is sold through Stripe's Managed Payments, and Sold through Link, LLC ("Link"), a Stripe affiliate, is the merchant of record. Link and Stripe collect your card and billing details directly, calculate sales tax, send your receipts, and keep their own records under their own privacy policies. If you ask Link to delete your data, Stripe cancels subscriptions it sold to you and deletes the related payment records it holds. We don't receive or store your full card number. We keep a record that a payment happened, what it was for, the amount, and the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers.

Information collected automatically. Like most web services, our servers and hosting providers may record technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages or API requests, and timestamps, for security and troubleshooting. We use your browser's storage to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party analytics trackers on the Service. Our website records its own basic usage events, such as which pages are viewed and which buttons are clicked, in our own database. Each record holds only the event name, the page path, and the time; it does not include your IP address or any account details, so we can see what is useful. Cloudflare and Netlify may keep their own basic traffic logs.

Competition data from other sources. The Service also uses competition results and scores that are available to us from other sources to compute comparisons. This is information about teams and events, not account information about you.

2. How we use information

We use it to:

  • review and approve applications, and verify that you are a real coach or gym;
  • create and run your account, and let gym owners manage their coaches;
  • produce your analysis, briefs, and reports;
  • process payments, send receipts, and manage subscriptions;
  • email you about your account, your reports, and important changes to the Service;
  • answer your questions and give support;
  • keep the Service secure, prevent abuse, and fix problems;
  • meet legal and tax obligations.

We send marketing email only if you've asked for it (for example, a free report or waitlist), and every such email includes an unsubscribe link.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

3. How your score sheets are handled

Score sheets you upload are private to your team. They are used to produce analysis for your team and are not displayed to or shared with other users. One exception, stated plainly: if a sheet you verify shows that a published competition result in our data was wrong, we may correct that result in our competition data, which can change comparisons other teams see. We use only the corrected number, never the sheet itself.

4. AI-assisted features

Some summaries and briefs may be written with the help of an AI language model provided by Anthropic. For these, our system sends a small set of calculated facts about your team's results (such as scores and score differences) so the model can put them into plain-language text. Account details such as your name, email, and phone number are not part of what is sent. The facts sent contain scores, point-loss categories, judge-comment categories, and the event name. We use the provider's business/API service, which under its terms does not use API inputs to train its models by default. We check that the numbers in the written text match the calculated facts, but you should still review reports.

5. Who we share information with

We share information only with:

  • Service providers who run the Service for us, under their own terms and privacy commitments. Currently: Supabase (database and sign-in), Google Cloud (hosting), Netlify (website hosting), Stripe (payments), Brevo (email), Cloudflare (network and security), Google Workspace (our business email), Anthropic (AI text generation, as described above),.
  • Your gym, if you are part of one. A gym owner or administrator can see who belongs to their gym and the teams they manage, and approve or remove coaches.
  • Legal and safety. When required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or security of our users or the Service.
  • A buyer or successor, if PSA is sold or reorganized. We'd tell you first and the same protections would continue to apply.

6. How long we keep information

We keep account and team information while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account details, your team setup, and the score sheets you uploaded within 45 days, except for limited records we must or reasonably need to keep, such as payment and tax records (generally 7 years) and security logs. Backups are overwritten on their normal schedule.

What deletion does not remove. The Service uses competition results and scores that are published by event producers and other public sources. That is information about teams and events, not your account data. We do not delete it, because other teams' comparisons depend on it, and we cannot make the original sources remove it. If your team competed at an event, its published results stay in that data. If a score sheet you verified led us to correct a published result, the corrected result stays, but your score sheet itself is deleted.

7. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections, access controls, and limiting who can see data. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we'll notify you and regulators as the law requires.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

  • see the personal information we hold about you;
  • correct it;
  • delete it;
  • stop marketing email (use the unsubscribe link, or just ask).

Email hello@precisionscoreanalytics.com. We may need to confirm it's really you first, and we'll respond within 45 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law. We offer these choices to everyone, and we won't treat you worse for using them. If you ask Link to delete your payment records, Link handles that request for the data it holds; we handle requests about the data we hold.

9. Children

The Service is for adults (18 and older), such as coaches and gym staff. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Our Service is designed so that score sheets don't name individual athletes. If you believe a child's personal information has been submitted, email us and we'll delete it.

10. Where information is processed

PSA is based in Texas and our providers process data in the United States (our application servers run in Google Cloud's Iowa region, and our database runs in the Supabase US West (Oregon) region). If you use the Service from outside the U.S., your information will be processed here.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. For material changes we'll notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. The "Last updated" date above always shows the latest version.
