Terms of Service
Effective date: October 14, 2026
Last updated: October 14, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Cameron Jones, doing business as Precision Score Analytics, a business based in Texas ("PSA," "we," "us"). They cover your use of the Precision Score Analytics website, web app, and reports (together, the "Service"). By applying for an account, paying, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. What the Service is
PSA helps cheer coaches and gyms understand how their teams compare with other teams, including teams they may never have competed against, and what specific gaps or strengths matter. The Service turns competition scores and score sheets into analysis, briefs, and reports.
The Service is information, not a guarantee. Our analysis is based on available data and statistical methods. It estimates; it does not predict results with certainty. Scores at a real event depend on judges, routines, conditions, and many things we can't see. Don't treat any output as a promise of how a team will place or score. Coaching and competition decisions remain yours.
We are an independent company. Unless we say otherwise in writing, we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any cheer event producer, scoring company, league, or governing body.
2. Who can use it, and how accounts are approved
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If you sign up for a gym or business, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
- Access is by application and manual approval. You apply with details such as your gym name, role, website, gym phone number, and email. We review applications by hand and may approve, reject, or ask for more information at our discretion. You are not charged for an application that is rejected.
- Gym owners and administrators may approve coaches for their gym or share an invite link. Invite links can expire and be revoked. If you invite someone, you are responsible for who you let in.
- Give us accurate information and keep it current. Keep your login private and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Accounts are for your own team(s) and gym. Don't share your login or resell or redistribute the Service or its reports without our written permission.
3. Plans, prices, and billing
Prices are in US dollars and are set per team. Current launch pricing:
| Plan | Price |
|---|---|
| Standard season | $250 per team per season |
| Monthly | $59.85 per team per month |
| Founders season | $150 per team per season |
- Per-team billing. Each team needs its own active plan. A gym can buy several teams in one checkout, and a standalone coach can buy one team. Only one payer is recorded per team per season; if more than one person tries to pay for the same team, the first payer is the payer. We can move a team to a different payer by hand when asked.
- Multi-team discount. On the Standard season plan only, an account that buys 3 teams gets 15% off all teams in that order, and 4 or more teams gets 20% off. The discount is counted per account, is not applied to the monthly plan, does not stack with Founders pricing, and is not re-priced mid-season.
- Monthly plan. $59.85 per team, charged each month. It renews automatically every month until you cancel, with no minimum term and the same amount on each renewal unless we give you notice of a change. There are no extra fees from us. Billing pauses June through September, and you aren't charged for those months. You can cancel at any time in your Link account (link.com) or by emailing hello@precisionscoreanalytics.com.
- Season plan. A one-time payment. It does not renew automatically. We'll remind you before it ends, and you can renew with one click.
- Founders pricing. Limited to the first 40 teams. The Founders rate is locked for as long as the team stays subscribed. If you skip a season, you have a one-season grace period to return at the Founders rate; after that, the spot is released and current Standard pricing applies. Founders pricing is for the season plan only. We may limit how many Founders spots one gym can hold, currently about 8.
- Seasons. A season runs from June 1 through May 31. A season plan ends at the end of May no matter when during the season you buy it, and its price is not prorated.
- Who processes your payment. Your purchase is made through Stripe Managed Payments. Sold through Link, LLC ("Link"), a Stripe affiliate, is the merchant of record for the transaction and acts on our behalf to take payment, send receipts, and handle payment support. Your statement and receipt will say "Sold through Link" (the charge appears as LINK.COM* followed by our name). PSA is the provider of the Service. Link's customer terms apply to the purchase and payment (https://support.link.com/topics/sold-through-link). We don't see or store your full card number.
- Taxes. Prices do not include sales tax. Link, as the merchant of record, calculates and adds any applicable sales tax at checkout and remits it.
- Price changes. We may change prices for future seasons or billing periods. We'll give notice before a change affects you, and a price change never changes what you've already paid for. The Founders lock in this section is the exception: it holds as described above.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may suspend access to the affected team(s) until it's resolved.
4. Cancellations and refunds
- Monthly plan: Cancel any time. Access continues to the end of the period you've paid for. No partial-month refunds.
- Season plan: You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase. After 14 days, season payments are non-refundable, except as Link's refund policy below provides.
- Founders: If a Founders purchase is refunded, the Founders spot returns to the pool and isn't held for you.
- If we reject your application, you owe nothing. If we suspend or end your account for violating these Terms, you are not entitled to a refund.
- If we permanently shut down the Service, we'll refund the unused portion of any season or period you paid for.
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Because Link processes the payment, Link's refund policy (https://support.link.com/questions/sold-through-link-refunds) also applies to your purchase and controls where it is more generous than ours. Under that policy, you can ask Link for a refund within 60 days of the purchase if you did not receive what you bought, if it is significantly different from its description, if it was damaged or corrupted, or if the payment was unauthorized or duplicated in error. Link does not review requests that are only a change of mind, unused subscriptions, or subscriptions not canceled before the billing date. Link may also refund a payment on its own in some cases, including where we do not respond to its request within 48 hours. If a refund is issued this way, the access and any Founders spot tied to that purchase end as described in this section. To cancel or ask for a refund directly from us, contact hello@precisionscoreanalytics.com.
5. Your data and how we use it
- What you give us: account details (name, email, role, gym name, website, gym phone), team information you enter, and score sheets you upload.
- Your score sheets are private. Score sheets are added only when a team uploads them. They are private to that team and are not shown to or shared with other users. We use them to produce your analysis and reports. If a sheet you verify shows that a published result in our competition data was wrong, we may correct that result in our data, which can affect other teams' comparisons. We use only the corrected number, never the sheet itself, and we never show your sheet to anyone else.
- Competition data. The Service also uses competition results and scores that are available to us from other sources to compute comparisons. This is separate from your private uploads.
- Your responsibility for what you upload. You promise you have the right to upload what you upload and that doing so doesn't break any law or anyone's rights. Score sheets shouldn't name individual athletes, coaches, or judges. Please don't upload sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers or financial account numbers.
- Service providers. We use outside providers to run the Service, which currently include Supabase (database), Google Cloud (hosting), Netlify (website), Stripe (payments), Brevo (email), Cloudflare, and Anthropic (AI language models). These providers process data for us under their own terms.
- AI-assisted writing. Some summaries and briefs are written with the help of an AI language model from a set of facts our system calculates. We check that the figures in the text match the calculated facts, but AI-written text can still be imperfect. Please review reports before relying on them.
- Our Privacy Policy (precisionscoreanalytics.com/privacy) explains in detail what we collect and how we handle it, and if there's a conflict about personal information, the Privacy Policy controls.
6. Your content and our property
- You own your content (what you upload and enter). You give us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display it only to run the Service for you, to support and secure the Service, and as described in Section 5.
- We own the Service: the software, models, methods, analysis, design, text, and branding. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service and the reports you receive for your own team's or gym's internal coaching and planning, including sharing a report with your own coaches, athletes, and parents.
- Not allowed: publishing our analysis at scale, selling or sublicensing it, building a competing product from it, scraping the Service, or reverse-engineering it.
- If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without owing you anything.
7. Acceptable use
Don't:
- break the law or anyone's rights through the Service;
- try to access another user's or team's data, or get around our access controls or approval process;
- upload malware, or probe, overload, or disrupt the Service;
- use automated tools to extract data from the Service;
- misrepresent who you are, your gym, or your role when you apply;
- use the Service to harass, defame, or unfairly target any athlete, coach, judge, or team.
We may investigate suspected violations, remove content, and suspend or end accounts.
8. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service at any time (see Section 4 for refunds). We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if payment fails, if we can't verify your information, or if we need to for security or legal reasons. We'll try to give notice where practical. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms) survive termination.
You can ask us to delete your account and the data you uploaded by emailing hello@precisionscoreanalytics.com. That removes your account, your team setup, and your uploaded score sheets. It does not remove competition results and scores that come from public sources, because they are not your account data and other teams' comparisons rely on them. We may also keep limited records where the law requires or for legitimate business needs such as billing history. The Privacy Policy explains this in detail.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DON'T WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DATA WILL BE COMPLETE OR ACCURATE, OR THAT ANY ANALYSIS WILL PREDICT OR MATCH ACTUAL COMPETITION RESULTS. Source data can be missing, late, or wrong, and some analyses may be limited or withheld when the data doesn't support a reliable conclusion.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, PSA AND ITS OWNER(S), EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR COMPETITION OUTCOMES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
11. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and costs (including reasonable attorney fees) that come from your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of someone else's rights. Because PSA is currently a sole proprietorship, you are personally responsible for the business; ask the attorney or a CPA whether forming an LLC makes sense.
12. Disputes and governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at hello@precisionscoreanalytics.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that isn't resolved will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, and you consent to that venue.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we'll notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after the effective date, you accept the new Terms. If you don't agree, you can cancel under Section 4.
14. General
These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and PSA about the Service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don't enforce something right away, we haven't given it up. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may transfer ours as part of a sale or reorganization of the business.
